“ When I discovered that established galleries did not showcase Latin American Artists, Terra Art was born.”

Lilia Faulkner

Terra Art Founder, Curator, Promotional Co-ordinator, International Event Planner

As an artist herself, Lilia has a unique understanding of the needs and temperament of the artistic community she represents. Her early studies in business and finance, coupled with her years of involvement in both the National and South American art scene, have given Lilia a unique ability to promote both the event and artists at the same time. This cooperative method has resulted in increased attendance at events and new exposure and sales for the artist.

Terra Art for the last ten years she has concentrated on organizing and managing Latin American Art and Art of the Americas Exhibitions working closely with the embassies and important sponsoring firms has managed to get many artists to exhibit in Canada and in other countries of the continent. Masters of trajectory and young demonstrators of the plastic arts have found in this organization in the midst of publicizing their work and above all, arriving with the visual language to other publics.

Through Terra Art, she ensures that giving back to the communities where the artists live, stays an integral part of her philosophy. While locally, as a strong supporter of multicultural lifestyles, Terra Art remains a stalwart in supporting organizations promoting artist representation.

Terra Art has now expanded to the United States and is looking forward to exposing all the wonderful artwork of her artists.
