Jorge Aranda

Jorge Aranda; Born in Catrilo, province of La Pampa - Argentina. His work is a world that expresses texture, colour, lines, shapes, a worldview of Latin American art. 

He is Self-taught artist, who after one year in the “Escuela de Bellas Artes Manuel Belgrano” decided to leave the school to become an apprentice with the “professor” Domingo Tellechea who taught him “Restoration and Engraving”. Once he finished this intense training, the artist focused on a step by step learning process with another well known art “Maestro” Hermenegildo Sabat. This is the time when the artist falls totally in love with the magic of “Drawing” and the “WaterColor”expressions. Jorge Aranda has had many Solo and Group Exhibitions in the past 20 years. These exhibitions brought his work to every corner of Argentina and other countries. His art work has been exhibited and sold in Argentina, United States, Canada, Italy, Belgium, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Ireland, Russia, Australia, Japan, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and Cuba.
